Professor LA Emphasizes Promising Investments in Tesla, Nvidia, Palantir

Professor LA stated that the current fear and greed index recorded 57, an increase from yesterday. While it was in the neutral zone yesterday, it has now slightly moved into the greed zone. Professor LA said, “Currently, the fear and greed index is at 57. Well, it's a bit higher than yesterday. Yesterday it was in the neutral zone, but now it has slightly crossed into the greed zone.”

The ongoing conflict between Iran and the United States is leading to a surge in oil prices. Professor LA explained, “Iran is retaliating in its own way, and the US has announced economic sanctions and something called Buakhgate, right? Preventing hormone products. So, the conflict is continuing, and that is currently causing oil prices to surge.” Current oil prices remain higher than during the Biden administration, raising concerns about inflation.

The Federal Reserve (Fed) is not expected to raise interest rates at this time, according to Professor LA's analysis. This is because various economic conditions, including the labor market, are currently not favorable, and raising interest rates could risk a further market collapse. Professor LA emphasized, “There will likely be no interest rate hike. The Fed will not raise interest rates because the labor market and various other aspects are not as good as expected. So, if interest rates are raised now, the market itself would collapse further.”

Oil prices are currently at a very high level. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) recorded $87.47, and Brent crude surpassed $90. Professor LA expressed caution about current oil price levels, stating, “Look at the rising oil prices. The oil price is currently $87.47. This is West Texas Intermediate. Brent is over $90. So, this level is too high.”

The yield on the US 10-year Treasury bond is currently 4.66%. As US debt increases and long-term bond prices fall, there is a possibility that Japan may sell US bonds to defend its currency exchange rate. Professor LA mentioned, “The 10-year yield is 4.66%, right? For bond yields now, Japan is already reportedly selling a tremendous amount of US bonds without considering the US, isn't it? Japan needs to defend its currency quickly because its economy is also struggling.”

Former President Donald Trump declared an economic war on Iran, expressing his intention to strengthen economic sanctions. This strategy is interpreted as an attempt to curb Iran through economic pressure rather than physical conflict. Professor LA explained, “President Trump also made this announcement. He said he would impose economic sanctions on Iran recently, right? So, he's saying he's going into an economic war. In other words, physical battles are actually not very effective.” Former President Trump is questioning the effectiveness of physical sanctions and emphasizing the importance of economic sanctions.

Professor LA reported that Tesla's humanoid robot Optimus has entered the production phase for SOP (Start of Production). With the mention, “Optimus is on track for SOP in the coming month,” Optimus Gen3 is scheduled to be unveiled first, targeting commercial sales in Q2 2027. Commercial utilization is expected to be possible by the second half of next year.

JPMorgan upgraded Tesla's target price to $475 from its previous conservative outlook. Professor LA stated, “They have set Tesla's price target at $475.” This indicates that institutional buying of Tesla continues to be maintained.

SpaceX's satellite internet service, Starlink, officially surpassed 11,000 in-orbit satellites. Professor LA conveyed, “SpaceX officially crossed 11,000 satellites.” Approximately 1,300 satellites have been launched this year, with an average of about 200 satellites entering orbit each month.

Starlink has requested permission from the FCC (US Federal Communications Commission) to launch and operate 100,000 third-generation satellites. This will enable a large-scale satellite supply using Starship and is expected to drive SpaceX's explosive growth after 2028. Professor LA explained, “They are planning to launch and operate 100,000 third-generation satellites,” emphasizing Starlink's ambitious expansion plan.

Institutional investors are obtaining information directly by asking and conversing with Tesla personnel, thus maintaining a continuous buying trend. Professor LA commented, “Institutions go directly and see, don't they? Because they directly ask their questions to Tesla people and converse with them, much more institutional money is flowing in.” This suggests the need for a long-term investment strategy of holding stocks in preparation for a future quantum leap.
