Many entities focused solely on short-term performance, i.e., achieving KPIs, when making investments, which ultimately led to leverage operations focused on short-term profits.
The problem was a lack of experience. There was not enough awareness that things could go wrong if we continued this way, especially because there was no experience in the stock market within the financial market. So, in that situation, single-term government leverage emerged.
