56 Units of Deundeun Jeonse Housing in Busan... No Income/Asset Limits, Up to 8 Years Residency

Rental Alimi TV announced the supply of Deundeun Jeonse Housing without income or asset limits. These homes consist of three spacious rooms, and anyone in a house-less household can apply. Emphasis was placed on the ability to reside stably without worrying about eviction.

The Deundeun Jeonse Housing introduced this time will be supplied in the Busan area. Deundeun Jeonse Housing is a type of housing supplied mainly in urban areas, featuring spacious and pleasant living environments. Mostly officetels or apartments are provided as rental housing.

A feature of Deundeun Jeonse Housing is its low application standard, allowing middle-class households to apply. Anyone who meets only the house-less criteria can apply without burden. The rental period guarantees stable residency for 8 years without fear of eviction, as long as eligibility, meaning house-less status, is maintained.

The actual properties are two: 'Gahwamansaseong The Terrace' in Busanjin-gu and 'Bohae Suncity Riverpark' in Sasang-gu, Busan.

For housing types with different area sizes, one area must be selected when applying. This will be an option during the application stage.

Seomyeon Station is one stop from Bujeon Station, and an underground shopping area is formed between Bujeon and Seomyeon Stations. This area is a central commercial district with a concentration of cafes, lively streets, and department stores.

Gahwamansaseong The Terrace is surrounded by large marts such as E-Mart Traders and Lotte Mart. The exterior is a small complex consisting of 3 buildings. There are two housing types: 67 square meters (actual area) with a deposit of approximately 230 million won, and 73 square meters with a deposit of approximately 240 million won. Competition will be based on area size.

Gwaebeop ReneCity Station on the Busan-Gimhae Light Rail is a 4-minute walk, and Sasang Station on Line 2 is a 7-minute walk.

Bohae Suncity Riverpark is not as bustling as Seomyeon, but it has the advantage of being right in front of the Nakdong River, allowing access to riverside paths, ecological parks, and sports parks. However, crossing the Nakdong River immediately leads to the airport, so some noise may occur, which should be noted.

Bohae Suncity Riverpark is a small complex located in an alleyway, consisting of two buildings. The actual area of the homes is relatively large, ranging from 90 to 95 square meters. The deposit for rent is approximately 260 million won.

The eligibility requirements for Deundeun Jeonse Housing are simple. Two criteria must be met: the first is house-less status, and the second is residency criteria. House-less status means that all members of the household must be house-less.

The residency criteria require applicants to reside in the recruiting area of Busan, Ulsan, or Gyeongnam. Those residing in other recruiting areas cannot apply. Occupants are selected with priority given to newborn households and households with children; in case of a tie in scores, selection will be by lottery. For those without children, it essentially proceeds as a random draw without priority.

Those required to submit documents will be announced on August 28, and they must submit the guided documents by September 2.

Usually, agreeing to the 'MyMy Service' simplifies document submission, allowing completion with just a simple electronic signature. When applying online, you must check 'agree' to online document submission and providing personal administrative information, and if there are household members, they must also log in and check 'agree' to the same. However, additional documents may be required, so it is recommended to reconfirm the list of required documents in the announcement.

The final winner announcement is scheduled for October 30. To apply, log in to LH Cheongyak Plus using a joint certificate, then navigate through 'Subscription Rental Housing', 'Purchase and Jeonse Rental', and 'Deundeun Jeonse Housing'. Applications must be completed by 4 PM on the deadline.

Even if income rises, household composition changes, or assets increase, it does not affect residency eligibility.
