AI Leaders: “Need to Slow Down Technology”

Dario Amodei, CEO of Anthropic, initiated this discussion with a blog post. He emphasized the need to slow down the performance improvement of AI models and wisely use the time gained to develop risk prevention technologies. This comes amid growing warnings that AI technology could advance too quickly, exceeding humanity's ability to control it.

Furthermore, Hyundai plans to develop its own AI model, 'Atria AI,' in the latter half of 2029. Hyundai is focusing on establishing data collection standards based on its higher vehicle sales than Tesla. Standardizing sensor locations, data labeling methods, etc., is expected to enable faster data collection from more vehicles, accelerating autonomous driving technology development.
