Officials shared the status of services being separately pursued by the Ministry of Interior and Safety and the Ministry of Health and Welfare.

The Ministry of Health and Welfare's 'Bokjiro' provides benefit guidance based on income and asset information, and services scattered across different ministries are being integrated into 'Government 24.' However, this integration work is expected to take considerable time.

He ordered the resolution of inter-ministerial barriers and the reduction of the difficulty citizens face in searching for services, stressing the need to accelerate the utilization of artificial intelligence.
