Democratic Party of Korea lawmaker Hwang Hee made a shocking claim on his Facebook on the 7th. He mentioned Amsterdam's boathouses and cited the example of the Netherlands, where over 10,000 units of housing are supplied by remodeling retired or used ships.

Based on this example, Representative Hwang proposed a program to remodel discarded buses into residential spaces to provide short-term housing for university students and young people. He argued that this approach allows for rapid supply and can provide 10,000 units for around 500 million won, making it worth considering.
