Spokesperson Park clarified the issues with the report, saying, "The Chosun Ilbo is taking the stance that Yeongnam lawmakers, who are considered vested interests, were 'stabbed in the back,' and that people like me, the 3040 generation, are the ones who 'stabbed them in the back.'"

She pointed out that the floor leader was overstepping his authority beyond that of the party leader, suggesting that some factions intended to destabilize the leadership through the floor leader.

She criticized the floor leader's inappropriate behavior, stating, "Why does the floor leader keep overstepping his authority and discussing the party leader's tenure? That itself doesn't make sense."

She argued that it is illogical for veteran lawmakers, who have been active in party politics for 20 years, to fear the evaluation of party members.

She further explained that the original intent of her remark was to call for innovation among politicians who are deeply entrenched in self-preservation, in communication with core lawmakers.
