While this asymmetry does not affect functionality, it presents a potential aesthetic point of contention for users, and the name 'Duo' may subtly reference this D-shaped cover screen.

Marques Brownlee noted that the historical trend indicates that such cameras have generally been of substandard quality, leading to their reduced presence in contemporary smartphones.

Brownlee suggested that a traditional hole-punch cutout remains a superior alternative to the current under-display camera implementation due to its consistently better image quality.
