Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026
1. What you’re paying for
This policy covers every paid plan and pass on TubeSignal. What you pay and how long it lasts depend on the plan you choose — the price and period shown at checkout are what apply, and this policy works the same way for all of them.
You can pay two ways. A recurring subscription saves your card and charges you on the same day each month until you cancel. A 30-day pass charges you once and does not renew — when the month is up you simply move back to the free plan, with nothing to cancel.
Prices are charged in Korean won (KRW). Your bank or card issuer may add a foreign transaction fee and will convert the amount at their own exchange rate.
This is a digital service delivered online. You can start using it as soon as your payment goes through.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once you cancel, you won’t be charged again, and you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Canceling cancels the next scheduled charge. It doesn’t end the period you already paid for, and it isn’t a refund of that period — see section 4.
Canceling doesn’t delete anything. The channels you follow and the posts we’ve already written for you stay in your account, and you can keep using them on the free plan.
3. Full refund within 7 days
If it has been 7 days or less since your payment and you haven’t used any paid feature during that billing period, we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to give us a reason.
If you have used a paid feature in that period, the service has started, and section 4 applies instead.
4. Refunds after the service has started
Once the service has started, fees are non-refundable — this is the same however you paid. You keep full access for the period you already paid for.
Recurring subscriptions. Cancel any time and you won’t be charged again. Canceling stops the next charge rather than cutting the current period short, so there’s no refund for the remainder of that period.
30-day passes. A pass doesn’t renew, so there’s nothing to cancel. When the period ends you simply move back to the free plan. We don’t prorate or refund unused days.
Your rights under the law. Nothing above limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law — including the full refund described in section 3. Where the law requires a refund, we’ll give you one.
5. If the problem is on our end
If the service is broken or unavailable because of something on our side, we’ll refund that period in full or extend your subscription by the same amount of time — whichever you prefer.
6. How refunds are issued
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. For credit cards, we reverse the original charge; depending on your card issuer, it can take 3–5 business days to show up on your statement.
To request a refund, email us at the address in section 7. We’ll reply with a decision within 3 business days.
