As the method of processing work using AI agents spreads, a developer from Silicon Valley (Silval Developer) stated that after introducing AI, they actually had less time.

With the explosion of information, such as 10 AI agents generating 10 30-page reports each, managing outputs has become more difficult. This has led to a phenomenon where people become lazy, asking for 'only 5 bullet points,' highlighting the importance of 'selection and focus' amidst information overload, as much as productivity improvement.

Technical attempts are being made to quickly understand AI outputs using interactive HTML, visual charts, etc., citing Andrej Karpathy's method. Additionally, the need to introduce ASD-STE100, a technical writing style that eliminates ambiguity, has been raised.

There's a trend to enhance intuitiveness by attaching AI-generated videos instead of screenshots for Pull Requests (PRs), and the application of video summary technology is being considered not only for product development but also for complex tasks like infrastructure changes. The Silval Developer predicts that an era will come where summaries in the form of short videos will be demanded instead of reports.

With countless applications flooding the market, but limited users, extreme refinement of features is necessary to survive. The tenacity to not lose sight of goals, even when revenue isn't immediately generated, aligns with the process of building skills through consistent effort during school years.

In the past, one could focus on a specific domain, but now, thanks to AI, boundaries between areas like design have blurred, and the scope of what can be done has exponentially increased. With AI performing most design tasks, some developers even suggest that learning Blender tools is meaningless.

Given that human brains and time are finite, while the possibilities are expanding, it is crucial to help the next generation find what they genuinely enjoy through diverse experiences.

It's not enough to simply know about trending fields that are doing well. The Silval Developer states that the process of directly trying things is essential to determine if one genuinely likes something, if it can be improved, or if it's simply not working out.

By directly attempting various areas such as video production or app development and persistently delving into each one, individuals must confirm their aptitude and potential. Particularly, the video field demands a high level of expertise, practically entering the realm of directors.

While AI tools speed up tasks, the act of trying everything one by one is itself a process of training perseverance. The Silval Developer cited an example of investing 20 hours into a single video, mentioning that continuous practice is also a part of perseverance.

Trying new tasks like creating short videos makes one realize it's more difficult than expected. Alex argued that consistent training to overcome inconvenience, rather than resting on the convenience of technology, is the core of the AI era.

Based on senior director experience, the Silval Developer states that the success of coaching depends on the 'desire' of the person being coached. Coaching is offered to everyone, but some follow through while others do not, they explained.

A person's desire is an area that cannot be artificially changed by others. Therefore, managing a positive desire to become a better person and to develop oneself acts as a key factor for growth.

An individual's upper limit of desire can be determined by their surroundings. The Silval Developer recalls that in the past, living with people who had relatively less desire, their own desire also reached a certain ceiling.

However, after moving to Silicon Valley, by interacting with curious and highly motivated people, their own desire naturally grew alongside them. They explained that because everyone around them was a talented individual, they naturally pursued higher goals.

As AI technology advances, the value of human networks and communities is expected to grow even more. These act as important factors that stimulate individual desire and growth.
