Rakoko's Kokopam: Survival and Conflict

Those who habitually created narratives in the cafe and broadcasts, deliberately instigating UFC situations, were all banned this morning.

After three reviews of the replay, it is clear that no new window was opened. Actions that disrupt the broadcast atmosphere are strictly prohibited.

Rakoko requested that others not take advantage of their difficulty in understanding situations to unfairly accuse them of being wrong, ruining everything, or turning it into a UFC.

It is inappropriate to shift all blame through incitement within the cafe. It is confirmed that this situation is not their fault.

Judging from an objective perspective, the cause of the problem lies with the other party.

They clearly drew a line, stating what was wrong was wrong and what wasn't, wasn't.

Rakoko directly calculated the unit cost of firearm materials in the chat window.

The material cost for manufacturing one firearm is around 28 million won, indicating a significant burden on the cost of goods.

They have finished learning Japanese for discussions with Onnaboss and plan to enter into concrete negotiations soon.

Rakoko suggested that communication would be smooth if they grasped the boss's conversation pattern and only substituted words into Japanese.

They believed that the boss is smart and would understand once the language barrier is resolved.

The term 'Hawaiian' was mentioned during the conversation, but this was corrected to mean Japanese.

Due to high costs, securing a selling price and profit margin is difficult, leading to difficulties in operational efficiency.

They expressed concern about whether anyone would purchase these firearms given such high costs.

Given the high difficulty of securing materials for the organization to handle, a cautious approach is required.

They expressed that the current in-game prices feel high, and the supply of key materials like plastic is very difficult.

The complex process, from parts procurement to funding, makes gang operations more challenging than legitimate businesses. Management emphasized the economic difficulties, stating, "One firearm costs as much as a car."

Considering the complex firearm manufacturing system, from parts procurement to funding, clear role division is essential.

Rakoko plans to discuss the enormous cost problem of firearm manufacturing with the boss.

They announced a meeting to review the current business situation of the gang and the feasibility of parallel firearm manufacturing.

They completed learning Hawaiian for smooth communication with the boss. They focused on studying relevant knowledge considering the difficulty of firearm manufacturing.

This is part of the process of conveying the situation to the boss and preparing for the meeting. Rakoko shared their plan to tell the boss they learned Hawaiian from them and would say 'okane kudai'.

Rakoko continued discussions by reviewing the status of various business items, including illegal firearm manufacturing.

They were awaiting the boss's final decision on unconfirmed business items.

Concrete action plans were made, such as securing materials for firearm manufacturing and gathering at the gym to plan role distribution.

They requested gang members to gather at the gym to begin discussions related to the firearm business.

They shared information confirmed from the city hall bulletin board, verifying necessary information for business progress and establishing strategies.

General firearm manufacturing requires 100 iron, 150 aluminum, 120 plastic, and 8 good parts, while assault rifle manufacturing requires 100 blueprints, 155 iron, 235 aluminum, 185 plastic, and 8 perfect parts.

The large quantity of these materials raised the need for new supply routes.

According to city hall staff information, vast amounts of materials such as 180 aluminum and 125 plastic are needed, causing concerns about supply.

Participants were exploring new material procurement methods, such as checking how many materials are obtained when destroying work vehicles.

The core of gang formation and business operation strategy is to designate firearm manufacturing as the final item. Initial goals were set to achieve 800 notoriety and secure 100 million won in funds, and a plan for material procurement through work vehicles in the absence of the boss was also prepared.

Firearm manufacturing was ultimately decided as the business item, and a plan to procure materials using work vehicles in the absence of the boss was also established.

They plan to achieve two goals through PV activities: 800 notoriety and securing 100 million won in funds.

As a way to rationalize the cost of using recovery items, the use of 1 million won recovery items was proposed.

It was suggested that material procurement and equipment efficiency should be considered before proceeding with PV, and that it is important to quickly secure business sites based on notoriety.

It was judged that firearms, being a one-time purchase item, were valuable and thus it was reasonable to sell them at a high price.

Based on the assumption that all businesses would be difficult, they agreed that it would not be made abnormally difficult.

Internal agreement was reached on setting a high selling price relative to the production cost.

With the price of a single firearm expected to reach 25 to 30 million won, concerns were raised about whether anyone would purchase it given the current financial difficulties.

It was pointed out that the total amount of money that can be earned in a day is fixed, but money is spent much faster than it is earned.

Given the lack of initial capital, the opinion gained traction that it is more urgent to focus on maintaining immediate livelihoods and quickly procuring funds, rather than rushing into the firearm business.

The judgment is that overcoming the current financial difficulties is paramount, rather than the firearm business.

There was a commotion where they got lost due to poor driving, and a conversation about it ensued.

Discussions were held about in-game vehicle control methods, such as starting the engine using the Z key.

Questions were raised about the situation where vehicles can be used without a driver's license, and a conversation about the necessity of a license continued.

It was also confirmed that EMS painkillers cost 1 million won. The price of painkillers shared during the call with the director was 1 million won, and the possibility of obtaining plastic materials by scrapping vehicles was also confirmed.

It was confirmed that painkillers sold at EMS cost 1 million won each, and that plastic materials can be obtained by scrapping vehicles.

Raw material procurement methods to improve bandage production efficiency were concretized. It was decided to contact them again after securing plastic from the junkyard.

It was agreed to share the results of plastic procurement after vehicle scrapping with the agricultural cooperative.

They discussed how to scrap vehicles through the NPC near number 8818.

After finishing manual labor, they planned to attempt vehicle scrapping with Dai to secure plastic.

In the event of a car crash, the question of the taxi's fault was discussed among passengers.

An agreement was reached between the taxi driver, who admitted to reckless driving, and the passengers who accepted it.

Through this accident, there was a dispute over responsibility between the passenger and the driver, but it was ultimately concluded that the driver was at fault due to inexperienced driving.

Through these conversations, intimacy among acquaintances grew, providing an opportunity to understand each other's career perspectives.

They decided to take care of Kkuruk, who needed friends, within the gang.

Ultimately, they decided to understand Kkuruk's lonely situation and take good care of them.

During a past police raid, all black money they possessed was confiscated.

They attempted to evade the situation by taking the stance that if they pleaded for leniency from the police, their money would not be taken away.

Rakoko reminded them of their purpose to go smash cars, and decided to stop unnecessary conversations and leave the scene.

They confirmed a promise related to a gang party invitation and tried to control external contacts.

They prioritized the plan to steal and scrap vehicles.

Rakoko stated that they needed to dismantle the wiring, tow the vehicle to the junkyard, and process it within a time limit.

They planned to secure plastic and aluminum materials through this process.

It was confirmed that stealing and scrapping vehicles could yield a large amount of resources.

The police possess powerful firearms and shields that deflect bullets. For a gang primarily armed with bare-handed pistols, it is difficult to gain military superiority for successful operations such as kidnappings.

Considering the police's superior firepower and shield defense, pistols alone are insufficient to resist.

They devised a strategy to threaten the director and demand 100 painkillers, and discussed vehicle procurement and driver recruitment.

Hanma denied involvement when asked by a colleague if he had a weakness held by the hospital director, stating he had no weaknesses.

The group protested that the fine was excessive, but the police enforced the crackdown, treating it as equivalent to tire theft.

They agreed to a 100,000 won fine and the submission of stockings from their belongings.

Mr. Dai was fined 200,000 won, and a photo shoot was conducted at the police's suggestion.

They secured the loan by promising compensation for any vehicle damage, and CEO Hwang requested their clothes in return.

The group agreed to take full responsibility for any issues upon returning the vehicle after using it for 40 minutes.

Rakoko's group decided to kidnap the hospital director for revenge for an incident where the director had previously beaten up the gang boss.

They plan to demand 100 painkillers from the director after the kidnapping and execute it after the news ends.

They mentioned the port as the kidnapping location and prepared specific criminal tools like cable ties.

The specific reasons for the strike will be announced in a follow-up article.

Anma denied the involvement of Yeokogim and Dong-geul, but the correctional facility analyzed the three's conspiracy charges based on the hospital director's report.

However, the group was confused and could not find a clear solution regarding the function of discarding laundry and how to operate the laundry room.

Hanma misunderstood the hospital director's refusal as a courtesy among gangs and enthusiastically proceeded with the kidnapping.

Later, as the situation became serious, Hanma expressed dismay, saying, "I'm going to get in big trouble."

When other group members asked the reason for the kidnapping, Hanma replied that he thought the hospital director truly wanted it.

He was in an urgent situation where he had to secure funds before reporting to the boss and asked other members if they could lend him money.

One of the members refused to help, stating he had already lost 20 million, and advised raising funds through construction work.

The other party criticized his attitude, citing his failure to properly manage stress levels.

Rakoko plans to sincerely apologize to the boss and ask for forgiveness, and vowed to earn money through construction work.

Considering the high difficulty of operating construction work, they decided to continue exploring future revenue generation methods.

Some within the gang expressed the opinion that protecting individuals involves issues with CS job titles, and that clear discussions are needed regarding the scope and method of protection.

The gang boss stated that 10 million won is insufficient to protect the entire broadcasting station, and decided to further assess the situation and discuss it later.

The gang requested Department Head Chi-hye's side to clarify protection criteria and emergency call times.

They also stated that immediate protection might be difficult as the entire gang is currently in a situation where they need to reduce their notoriety through PV activities, and suggested contacting other gangs to understand and coordinate the situation.

They considered the 10 million won investment as maintaining a protective relationship, and stated that if Department Head Chi-hye's side presents a positive proposal, the gang would respond as positively as possible.

Rakoko, a gang member, felt self-blame, convinced that he had failed an important task because he was pushed down the order during PV.

He later realized that it wasn't a PVE failure or that the firearm order was pushed back, and confirmed that the boss was angry about something else.

Rakoko, stressed by the confusion and misunderstandings caused by too much information, ultimately decided to temporarily stop broadcasting.
