Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope and seller
This policy applies to TubeSignal subscriptions purchased outside the Korea payment region through Lemon Squeezy. The Lemon Squeezy entity shown at checkout and on your receipt is the merchant of record and handles payment, tax, and refunds.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next charge, and you keep access through the period already paid for. Canceling does not by itself refund the current payment.
3. Full refund within 7 days
You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not used any paid feature during that billing period. After use, we do not offer partial or prorated refunds unless applicable law or the merchant of record requires one.
4. Service issues and legal rights
If the service is unavailable because of us, we will refund the affected period or extend access. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable consumer law.
5. Requesting a refund
Email the contact below. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
