PLA Navy Flexes Naval Power in South China Sea Drills

The exercises included four Type 052D destroyers—the Weinan, Changsha, Guiyang, and Guilin—operating alongside a Type 055 destroyer, the Zunyi. These drills offer a clear indication of the accelerating pace at which the PLA Navy is enhancing both the scale and complexity of its maritime operations.
