Terms of Service

1. Agreeing to these terms

You create an account by signing in with Google for the first time. When you do, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. We don’t offer email-and-password sign-up.

You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and at least 13 years old, to use the service.

2. What the service does

TubeSignal watches public YouTube channels you add, reads the captions of their new videos, and turns them into written posts. It also does keyword matching, AI-assisted analysis, search, and email notifications. We only use information that YouTube has made public.

3. Paid plans

Some features are paid. What you pay, how long it lasts, and how you’re billed are whatever is shown at checkout — you see it before you pay.

A recurring subscription renews each billing period until you cancel. Cancel any time: you won’t be charged again, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Using the service

When you use TubeSignal, you agree that you will:

• follow the law and these terms;
• not use what you find here for anything illegal — defaming someone, infringing copyright, and the like;
• not interfere with the normal operation of the service.

5. Who owns what

We own the service itself — our name, our software, our screens. The posts you generate are yours to use, personally or commercially; we store and display them so the service works.

The videos and captions we analyze belong to their creators and to YouTube. We analyze publicly available information; we don’t transfer any rights in it to you. When you use a generated post, don’t infringe the original creator’s rights.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. If you have paid time remaining, refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may limit or end your access if you seriously break the rules in section 4 or break the law. We’ll tell you why beforehand — or right afterward, if we had to act immediately.

7. Changes to the service

We may change or discontinue any part of the service when we need to, for operational or technical reasons. For features we provide free of charge, we don’t owe you compensation for doing so unless the law says otherwise.

8. Your privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your account and the data tied to it at any time.

9. No warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

In plain terms: AI-generated summaries are for reference only. We don’t guarantee that they are accurate or complete, and you shouldn’t rely on them as your only source. We also aren’t responsible for interruptions caused by changes to outside platforms such as YouTube, by events outside our control, or by something on your end.

10. Limits on our liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Some states don’t allow these limits. Where that’s the case, they apply to you only as far as the law allows.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll post the new version here with the date it takes effect and what changed. The new terms apply from that date.

12. Governing law

TheNaeun operates from the Republic of Korea, and these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes go to the courts determined under Korean civil procedure law. This is true no matter where you live, and it doesn’t take away any rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country or state.
