Condemnation of Attacks on Hindu Temples

The Hindu community strongly reacted to this incident, which follows a recent attack on the Anjaneya Temple in Secunderabad, defining it as an intentional religious provocation. The incident began at 9:45 AM at the Santoshi Mata Temple in Dilsukhnagar when a Muslim man, Ahmed Harshan, damaged the goddess statue with a stick.

The Hindu community views this not as a simple crime but as an intentional religious provocation, expressing anger over repeated attacks, including the recent one at the Anjaneya Temple in Secunderabad.

Chikoti Praveen believes that law and order in Telangana are not being properly maintained. He stated that despite 10 murders occurring in the last 10 days, adequate security measures have not been put in place.

The local police system is virtually under the influence of MIM (All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen). Immediate action from the Director General of Police (DGP) is demanded in this regard.

He criticized the police's tactic of claiming mental illness for perpetrators in Hindu-related incidents to evade legal punishment. Accusations were also raised that the government is more concerned with appeasing specific political factions than protecting Hindus.

The Home Ministry's surveillance system has been perverted from its original purpose into a tool for political repression. The current government is abusing this system to unlawfully arrest and torture Hindu activists, committing human rights violations. The absence of the Home Minister and the complete failure of the surveillance system are cited as causes for this situation. In particular, the surveillance system is being used for political repression instead of its intended purpose.

Cases of human rights violations, including illegal arrests and beatings by the police, were mentioned, with criticism that these are the result of the current government's lack of a Home Ministry minister and insufficient oversight.

Approximately 20-21 temples across Telangana state have suffered theft or direct physical attacks. Such acts are defined as deliberate terrorism against Hindu faith and traditions.

The complacent response of the Revanth Reddy state government is a serious matter that undermines the beliefs of Hindus.

Religious extremism is not just a crime, but the result of ideological indoctrination. It is said to be inspired by speeches provided by specific organizations or individuals.

It is necessary to regulate hate speech against other religions instilled from childhood and to recognize the dangers of global religious terrorism and extremism.

There is also an assertion that the government needs to proactively implement measures to protect India's values, which uphold the spirit of humanity.

The traditional Indian value of 'Sarvejana Sukhinobhavantu,' which wishes happiness for all, must be upheld. He believes that the extreme actions of some individuals are harming social peace and human relations.

The government has a responsibility to protect the lives, property, and beliefs of all communities and should not test the patience of Hindus.

According to Rajender, strict punishment for Muslim perpetrators and transparent disclosure of investigation results are urgent.
