Format switched to Q&A after Ironmouse became too sick to sing
Minutes before the event was set to begin, organizers realized Ironmouse was too exhausted from the subathon to perform karaoke. Rob told event staff that "the whole thing is going to be Q&A. She is too sick to sing. Um the subathon is really taking a toll."
Event organizers confirmed they had MC Scotty ready to run the entire Q&A, walking into the audience with a microphone to field live questions from fans. The decision meant replacing singing performances with direct conversation.
The shift preserved her voice for the remaining days of the subathon and let the audience get direct access to her.
