Giuliani Blasts Mandami's Attendance at 9/11 Memorial Ceremony

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani publicly opposed New York City Council Member Zohran Mandani's attendance at the 9/11 memorial ceremony, ahead of the event. Giuliani asserted that Council Member Mandani should not even come near the ceremony commemorating the 9/11 tragedy and is not qualified to do so.

Council Member Mandani sparked controversy by referring to the 9/11 attacks as “the worst thing that started Islamophobia in this country.” Consequently, the community and families of 9/11 victims are strongly protesting Council Member Mandani's attendance at the ceremony.

Natalie Winters expressed concern over the cultural infiltration of Islamists and attempts to spread Islamic supremacism across American society, including within Girl Scout and Boy Scout programs. She asserted that Islamists are attempting to become Islamic supremacists within the U.S. through grassroots supporters.

This is intertwined with the phenomenon where criticism of expanding Islamic influence itself becomes taboo.

She emphasized that the media and certain groups attack speeches at the Republican National Convention and activities of conservative media as 'Christian nationalism,' attempting to distort public opinion. The reaction, "How dare you quote the Bible?" to the citation of the Bible at a 9/11 event is a prime example of this framing.

Natalie Winters stated that despite Texas being the most conservative state, Muslims favor it and are attempting to expand their influence there. In the Dallas area, there have been attempts to take over school boards, and now a new fortified mosque complex is being built to further the spread of Islam.
