He also informed that 40s and 50s in other regions were already closed, instructing viewers to lie about their age and region to respond as 20s or 30s, or other available age groups. These instructions were repeated 8 times over approximately 3 hours, continuously prompting viewers to provide false answers.

In the recording, Lee Jong-won said, "Currently, Seoul and Jeju are likely full, so if you really want to participate in the opinion poll, I think it would be most advantageous to say you are from Gangwon or Daegu/Gyeongbuk, and that you are in your 20s." He advised viewers who listened to the broadcast the previous night to unblock their phones, claiming that since Seoul and Jeju regions were full, answering as from Gangwon or Daegu/Gyeongbuk and being in their 20s would be most favorable for participating in the opinion poll.

A viewer appearing on the Sisa Tapa broadcast reported successfully participating in the public opinion poll. When New 탐사 (New Tam-sa) panelists asked, "Are you all just making it up? Is everyone just saying they succeeded in the chat? Did this person succeed?" the viewer mentioned that they acquired 80 votes from the ARS survey results.

One viewer stated that they received an opinion poll call from the number 02-3775-1498. They claimed to have participated in an 80-vote survey despite not being a 권리당원 (regular party member). This statement was presented as suggesting that opinion polls through specific phone numbers were being conducted regardless of regular party member status.

A 60-year-old male viewer residing in Mokpo verified that he voted after receiving an opinion poll call from the number 02-2121-2009. He stated that he, as a 60-year-old man, voted and chose candidates Jung Chung-rae and Han Min-soo.

It was revealed that opinion poll phone numbers disclosed in the broadcast were widely spread through SNS group chats of the 'Team Jung Chung-rae' organizations nationwide. New 탐사 (New Tam-sa) panelists stated, "The nationwide organizations of 'Team Jung Chung-rae' then disseminate this to their respective connected SNS group chats. Then, directives like 'If you get a call from this number, it's definitely a public opinion poll. Don't hang up' can be continuously issued." This suggests the suspicion that if individuals possess multiple mobile phones, the probability of duplicated responses in opinion polls increases, potentially affecting poll results.

He said, "Those who have two or three phones are more likely to receive calls. You can receive calls twice with just two phones."
