Root: Supreme Court Ruling Not a True Trump Victory

Host Wayne Allyn Root expressed skepticism about the permanence of the Supreme Court's recent ruling in favor of former President Donald Trump. Despite widespread conservative headlines proclaiming a clear victory for Trump, Root suggested that the court merely postponed a definitive decision.

Root claimed the ruling essentially delayed the issue, potentially allowing for emergency challenges to election security in the future. He argued that this outcome does not provide a lasting solution for ensuring the integrity of elections.

"So, did Trump really win to the Supreme Court? Very up in the air. The way I read it, even though every headline at every conservative site is that Trump won and the Supreme Court clears the path, I don't know that true to be true."

Root proposed that former President Trump should declare a national security emergency for election security, an idea he claims went viral globally after he discussed it during an interview. He believes this is the most effective way to address perceived vulnerabilities in the electoral system.

Citing research by John Goodman, Root argued that such a presidential order would be impervious to judicial challenges. He stated that the only mechanism to overturn such an emergency declaration would be a two-thirds vote in both houses of Congress, suggesting a high bar for reversal.

"That interview went viral all around the world because I pushed President Trump with my idea of him declaring a national security emergency for election."

Root strongly criticized a new California law, which he referred to as the "Stop Nick Shirley Act," signed by Governor Gavin Newsom. He claimed this law enables the fining and jailing of citizen journalists who uncover what he describes as Democratic fraud.

He characterized the law as evidence of a "communist color revolution," suggesting it is part of a broader effort to suppress dissent and critical reporting. Root warned that mainstream media is "bribed" and complicit in perpetuating a narrative that suppresses the truth.
