Flynn: Declassified Notes Expose FBI 302 Discrepancies

He specifically emphasized the significance of the grand jury proceedings in Fort Pierce under Jody Genova. Flynn believes that these ongoing investigations are finally bringing accountability for previous FBI misconduct, suggesting that justice is nearing concerning historical actions by the agency.

General Flynn highlighted that handwritten records from FBI agent Joe Pientka, one of the two agents who interviewed him, were previously classified and withheld. He stated these documents were never provided as exculpatory evidence during his prosecution, criticizing the corruption within the FBI under Jim Comey's leadership. These newly revealed notes contrast sharply with the public FD-302 reports, which contained redactions and were used in his case.

In a recent post on X, General Flynn detailed his critique of the official FBI reports, asserting that they inaccurately reflected his conversation with the two agents. He contended that the reports barely captured the truth of what transpired during the interview. Flynn further argued that the FBI agents involved were not honest or forthright from the very beginning of the interaction.

General Flynn discussed the ongoing necessity for figures like Cash and Todd Blanch within the Department of Justice to continue the fight to restore public trust. He emphasized the critical need to rebuild faith between the government, particularly the Justice Department, and federal law enforcement agencies. Flynn described the period spanning from 'Russia Gate' to 'impeachment gate' as a challenging ten-year journey, highlighting the extensive efforts required to mend the damaged relationship between institutions and the American populace.
