Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's comment on dating conservatives has fueled a humorous, long-running bit by political commentator Alex Stein, who interprets her words as a sign of possibility.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez addressed a question regarding dating individuals with conservative political views. She indicated that she would "probably not" pursue a relationship with someone from the opposing political aisle. Ocasio-Cortez elaborated that political alignment often reflects deeply held personal values, and that having shared values is "tremendously important" in a relationship.
He argued that this response was not an emphatic refusal, suggesting it leaves a notable window open for a potential future romance between them. Stein speculated that Ocasio-Cortez might be downplaying any potential connection due to her political aspirations and the public scrutiny she faces. He concluded that this interaction represents a win for his long-running comedic bit about their supposed romantic involvement, humorously suggesting there's a "99% chance" of a connection.
Stein also congratulated Biscanti on a recent clip where he engaged with sitting Congressman Maxwell Frost, highlighting its impact.
Stein teased the potential return of previous guests Darius and Dantarius to the show in the near future. He also took the opportunity to promote the podcast version of After Hours, informing listeners that it is available on various platforms including Spotify and iHeartRadio.
The interview with Gillow is set to delve into Howard Stern's recent career developments and what Stein described as Stern's "fall from grace." Additionally, the discussion will cover Stern's brand-new show, which is premiering on HBO Max.
