The Other in the Mirror: A Spirit Possession Mystery

To explore the correlation between logical thinking and supernatural powers, based on a 2011 case of a Delhi businessman's daughter remembering her past life, psychology students from Usmaniah University sought cooperation from experts.

They presented the shocking case of a Delhi businessman's daughter in 2011 who remembered her past life and recognized her parents in Rajasthan, questioning how such a phenomenon was possible.

The world is full of mysteries and wonders, and an open mind to accept all possibilities is paramount.

Humans must be prepared to accept phenomena that are difficult to explain scientifically.

A dispute caused by the husband's intervention eventually led to the police station, causing conflict between the couple.

The wife expressed dissatisfaction with her husband's overprotectiveness, stating she could have resolved the issue herself, while the husband explained he had no choice but to protect his beloved wife.

These frequent disputes seem to stem from the couple's personality differences that have persisted since the beginning of their marriage.

The husband referred to the graveyard as 'our final destination,' but the wife couldn't bear it and showed extreme fear.

Both the couple are experiencing the same abnormal phenomenon in their mirror reflections simultaneously, suggesting a problem beyond mere optical illusion.

Rishi advised Dia to cover her ears and communicate, attempting to verify the phenomenon.

Rishi cautioned Dia not to mention the issue, saying his mother would be very surprised if she found out.

The doctor diagnosed Rishi's symptoms as hallucinations due to stress and suggested hypnosis. Rishi clarified it wasn't mere hallucination, as his wife was experiencing the same symptoms.

A church priest believed there was no record in the Bible of spirits inhabiting other people's bodies, and that spirits were unrelated to angels or demons. He presented the case of a child in Greece 400 years ago who saw an adult figure in a mirror as an example of an inexplicable phenomenon in the natural world.

Dia, deciding to deceive her family, reassured her mother that Rishi had fallen and gotten hurt in the bathroom.

Rishi, too, collaborated with Dia's lie when his mother was puzzled, hiding the situation to ease his mother's worries.

The doctor initially denied the existence of ghosts but later made a statement acknowledging the presence within Rishi's body.

Rishi reacted angrily, questioning if the doctor had known about this phenomenon from the beginning.

The conversation between the two revealed a difference in their positions regarding medical diagnosis and the verification of supernatural phenomena.

Rishi, suspecting the doctor was hiding something by simply dismissing his condition as a 'medical problem,' intentionally created a sense of fear to gauge the doctor's reaction.

The doctor eventually admitted that what was inside Rishi's body was a 'ghost,' and continued with ambiguous explanations between medical approach and supernatural phenomena, stating that patience was needed for treatment.

Rishi demanded the truth from the doctor, who tried to dismiss it as merely a 'medical problem,' stating he would quietly leave if the existence of the ghost was not acknowledged.

The person who took the photo, on the other hand, tried to take a photo with Rishi but someone intervened, and they tried to find out who it was.

To revive Arjun's memories, the doctor suggested Arjun go home and find his parents.

Arjun, using Rishi's body, visited his childhood home.

Arjun felt intense psychological anxiety and tension about revisiting the house in his deceased state.

In a village in ancient Greece, there was a legend that worshipping demons would grant eternal life.

The tragic past case was mentioned where, unable to remove the spirit of a sorcerer possessing a child, they eventually murdered the child.

He pleaded with the protagonist to leave, offering to return the 2,000 rupees he received and all the money he earned that day.

Arjun expressed anger, vowing revenge on the perpetrators, but Madhvi warned that Rishi's body could be in danger if the revenge was not stopped.

Madhvi lamented the situation of not finding peace even after death and asked Arjun to choose peace over revenge.

The prognosis suggested Rishi would only survive for a maximum of 10 to 15 days without surgery.

It was decided to proceed with the risky surgery to treat Rishi.

Arjun, using Rishi's body, called the police and began to question them about the circumstances of the accident to ascertain the truth.

The first witness, who was driving normally, stated that the accident occurred due to the vehicle in front of them.

The second witness testified that they deliberately caused the accident in retaliation for being assaulted by Arjun in the past, and that they thought Arjun had died but he reappeared and threatened them.

Madhvi observed that Arjun was seeing his parents through her eyes and would soon leave Rishi's body.

When Arjun, appearing as Rishi, bid a final farewell to his parents, they wept and embraced him.

Arjun shared the sorrow of farewell with his parents and said his last goodbyes.

The doctor said Arjun seemed to have left Rishi's body and diagnosed Rishi as normal again. Rishi had no memory of why he was there or why his body ached.

Madhvi pondered whether it would be scientifically possible in the future to prove the magic created by human emotions, which is currently difficult to demonstrate scientifically.
