95 Illegal Alien Truckers Arrested in Arizona

In a joint operation involving Border Patrol, ICE, and local law enforcement in Yuma, Arizona, 95 illegal alien truck drivers were taken into custody. Despite their undocumented status, every individual arrested was found to possess a valid U.S. commercial driver's license.

Grant Stinchfield highlighted the arrests, stating, "95 illegal alien truck drivers were arrested. You ready for this? They all had licenses, US licenses."

Further analysis of the seized licenses revealed a significant concentration from specific states. Out of the 95 licenses, 76 were issued in California, and an additional six originated from New York. The remaining licenses were distributed across a variety of other states.

Grant Stinchfield noted the distribution, saying, "76 of those licenses were from California, six from New York, the rest from a smattering of other states."

In response to the arrests and the implications for driver qualifications, Secretary Sean Duffy announced a federal crackdown on trucking schools. Federal law mandates that commercial drivers must speak English to operate a commercial motor vehicle. Through extensive data analysis, 110 schools were identified as primary offenders for failing to meet these critical language standards.

Secretary Duffy emphasized the legal requirement and the immediate action taken, stating, "you have to speak English uh to operate a commercial motor vehicle... There's 110 of them through a data analysis that are the greatest offenders. As of today, those schools are shut down."

JD Vance has claimed a substantial increase in commercial driver's license (CDL) issuance under the Biden administration. According to Vance, by the end of Joe Biden's first year in office, the number of commercial driver's licenses being issued across the United States had surged by more than 60%. This alleged increase translates to approximately 200,000 new licenses purportedly issued to unqualified individuals or illegal aliens.

Art Del Cueto, a former Border Patrol agent and border security adviser, reported encountering censorship when attempting to share evidence of illegal licenses on social media. He posted a picture of a driver's license and an employee authorization card, both issued by the federal government, belonging to an individual whose last name was listed as 'no given name.' This post was subsequently removed by the social media platform, which cited a 'violation of people's rights.'

Del Cueto described the content of his post, saying, "I posted a picture that I had acquired of a driver's license with uh an individual that gave their first name, but under last name, it said no given name. And not only was it a driver's license, but it was also an employee authorization card that's given by the federal government."

He noted that some documents list 'no name given' in the last name field, posing significant challenges for law enforcement at checkpoints. Art Del Cueto stated his objections, saying, "I made a big stink about it because it doesn't make any sense. And while we can argue California, because it is an argument, I'm going to continue to argue how many work authorizations were given to individuals."

Many of the dubious IDs documented by Border Patrol agents were issued shortly before President Trump's inauguration. This surge is theorized as an attempt to bypass the incoming administration's anticipated stricter immigration enforcement policies, effectively 'getting ahead' of the crackdown.

Grant Stinchfield hypothesized, "So, they probably went and did a massive approval of all these things right before he took office knowing that he'd shut it all down."

All of the people down there are my friends and I and I've met many of these families that have lost loved ones to all these tragic accidents and things that happened."

Grant Stinchfield asserted, "It goes even beyond all that. We just need to enforce the law on everything in our in all these blue cities when it comes to regular street crime. The left isn't enforcing laws. Not border law, not not not criminal law."
