95 Illegal Alien Truckers Arrested in Arizona

Despite their undocumented status, every individual arrested was found to possess a valid U.S. commercial driver's license.

Grant Stinchfield highlighted the arrests, stating, "95 illegal alien truck drivers were arrested. You ready for this? They all had licenses, US licenses."

Further analysis of the seized licenses revealed a significant concentration from specific states. Out of the 95 licenses, 76 were issued in California, and an additional six originated from New York. The remaining licenses were distributed across a variety of other states.

Grant Stinchfield noted the distribution, saying, "76 of those licenses were from California, six from New York, the rest from a smattering of other states."

In response to the arrests and the implications for driver qualifications, Secretary Sean Duffy announced a federal crackdown on trucking schools. Federal law mandates that commercial drivers must speak English to operate a commercial motor vehicle. Through extensive data analysis, 110 schools were identified as primary offenders for failing to meet these critical language standards.

Secretary Duffy emphasized the legal requirement and the immediate action taken, stating, "you have to speak English uh to operate a commercial motor vehicle... There's 110 of them through a data analysis that are the greatest offenders. As of today, those schools are shut down."

JD Vance has claimed a substantial increase in commercial driver's license (CDL) issuance under the Biden administration. According to Vance, by the end of Joe Biden's first year in office, the number of commercial driver's licenses being issued across the United States had surged by more than 60%. This alleged increase translates to approximately 200,000 new licenses purportedly issued to unqualified individuals or illegal aliens.

JD Vance stated, "By the end of Joe Biden's first year in office, the number of commercial driver's license being issued around the United States of America had exploded by more than 60%."

He posted a picture of a driver's license and an employee authorization card, both issued by the federal government, belonging to an individual whose last name was listed as 'no given name.' This post was subsequently removed by the social media platform, which cited a 'violation of people's rights.'

Del Cueto described the content of his post, saying, "I posted a picture that I had acquired of a driver's license with uh an individual that gave their first name, but under last name, it said no given name. And not only was it a driver's license, but it was also an employee authorization card that's given by the federal government."

He noted that some documents list 'no name given' in the last name field, posing significant challenges for law enforcement at checkpoints. This lack of proper identification makes it difficult to conduct background checks and ensure public safety.

Art Del Cueto stated his objections, saying, "I made a big stink about it because it doesn't make any sense. And while we can argue California, because it is an argument, I'm going to continue to argue how many work authorizations were given to individuals."

He suggested that the anonymity could facilitate various forms of trafficking, including drugs, sex, and humans. The absence of names on identification documents makes it virtually impossible for officers to perform necessary background checks or track drivers, creating a severe vulnerability.

Grant Stinchfield questioned the implications, asking, "I would imagine you get these big trucks coming back and forth. It would be right for drug trafficking, sex trafficking, human trafficking, you name it. And now you don't even have a name for the person driving. How do you ID them?"

There is speculation that a massive approval of questionable documents occurred just before the Trump administration took office. Many of the dubious IDs documented by Border Patrol agents were issued shortly before President Trump's inauguration. This surge is theorized as an attempt to bypass the incoming administration's anticipated stricter immigration enforcement policies, effectively 'getting ahead' of the crackdown.

Grant Stinchfield hypothesized, "So, they probably went and did a massive approval of all these things right before he took office knowing that he'd shut it all down."

He noted that these drivers, often lacking English proficiency or proper training, are involved in severe accidents. Del Cueto shared his close work with the American border story and his connections to families who have lost loved ones in these preventable incidents, emphasizing that these victims are often overlooked in the broader immigration debate.

Art Del Cueto expressed his dismay, saying, "Look, that's obviously a slap in the face and I've worked closely with the American border story. All of the people down there are my friends and I and I've met many of these families that have lost loved ones to all these tragic accidents and things that happened."

Art Del Cueto asserted that while border enforcement is crucial, it must be complemented by robust interior enforcement to address those who have bypassed the system. He described the current situation as a "mess" inherited from the previous administration, requiring comprehensive cooperation to resolve. This dual approach is essential for apprehending individuals who have circumvented established immigration laws within the country.

Art Del Cueto emphasized the need for broader action, stating, "We need to enforce our nation's laws at the border. But unfortunately, because of the mess left behind by the last administration, we need everyone's full cooperation as well when it comes to doing interior enforcement and apprehending individuals that have, you know, gone around the system."

Grant Stinchfield broadened the discussion, arguing that the failures in law enforcement are not confined to immigration policies at the border. He contended that a general disregard for law enforcement extends to regular street crime in many "blue cities." Stinchfield suggested that the current administration is not adequately enforcing laws across various domains, including border security and criminal law, leading to broader societal lawlessness.

Grant Stinchfield asserted, "It goes even beyond all that. We just need to enforce the law on everything in our in all these blue cities when it comes to regular street crime. The left isn't enforcing laws. Not border law, not not not criminal law."
