Investment Opportunities in Semiconductors, Secondary Batteries, and Energy

While Bloom Energy's SFC fuel cells have primarily been adopted in data centers, Doosan Fuel Cell's PAFC phosphoric acid fuel cells have also secured sufficient marketability in data centers. In the past, PAFC technology was difficult to adopt due to heat generation issues, but improvements have allowed it to become a stable power source for data centers. This has created new order momentum in the nuclear power and fuel cell sectors.

Quantitative growth in the semiconductor industry benefits front-end equipment companies needed for new factory construction and cleanroom setup. Qualitative growth, on the other hand, favors back-end packaging and test companies due to advancements in HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) technology and increased demand for miniaturization processes. Currently, the semiconductor industry is experiencing both quantitative and qualitative growth simultaneously, showing strong growth in both front-end and back-end processes.

In the front-end sector, stocks such as TES, Wonik IPS, and Eugene Technology are technically strong and are assessed to still have room for growth. In the back-end packaging sector, Hana Micron is representative and is also classified as a less-risen stock. When investing, the technical position and solid performance of these companies should be comprehensively considered.

LFP batteries, which were previously lagging due to Chinese technology, are now being localized and gaining competitiveness, offering new opportunities for domestic companies. In particular, Samsung SDI is pursuing a business strategy of acquiring 100% of GM's factory to utilize funds from display sales and focus on producing LFP batteries for data centers.

A strategy of buying at low points by utilizing stock price fluctuations is effective and can secure profits. Samsung SDI and LNF are presented as key investment topics, and there is a possibility that the upward trend will continue until their earnings announcements.
