The YouTube channel 'sanjaymali music' is transitioning its operations by helping small YouTubers grow through live broadcasts and, in response to the cessation of monetization, by introducing a paid sponsorship model.
The host of sanjaymali music warned that fake subscriber influx negatively impacts channel growth.
The channel operates a mutual support system where live stream participants visit and subscribe to each other's channels.
The host reviewed a specific viewer's channel and recommended changing the logo design.
He advised that a 2D animation style is more appealing to viewers than a 3D logo.
Try to make it a little 3D type. You don't need full 3D, just make it like a 2D animation style.
Smooth promotion is only possible when all viewers participate.
The operational policy is that mutual support must precede the announcement of the next code.
During a code competition, the host caught one participant cheating by hiding another person's comments.
He warned that if such cheating is detected, the channel's administrator (Mod) privileges will be immediately revoked.
All actions that undermine fair competition will be strictly penalized.
A specific channel's subscriber count remaining at 348 is due to a lack of viewer support.
He urged viewers not just to comment but to actually visit and subscribe.
He encouraged active participation, stating that support is impossible without it.
Due to YouTube's demonetization of the channel, there is currently no income from live broadcasts. The channel's monetization has been suspended according to YouTube's policy. "Brother, I'm not getting anything from this live stream on this channel right now, because YouTube has demonetized this channel." Brother, I'm not getting anything from this live stream on this channel right now, okay? Because YouTube has demonetized this channel.
The suspension of monetization has made it impossible to generate direct revenue from live broadcasts.
The host encouraged viewers to actively support the donator and leave a 'Done' comment to confirm their support.
When Dev Bhai reached 49 subscribers, the host requested continued viewer support to reach the 60-subscriber goal.
The host asked viewers to leave a 'DJ' comment to cheer on and subscribe to DJ Rakam's channel.
Minimal viewer support is required to increase the subscriber count of donators.
Viewers who donate 50 rupees will be posted on the leaderboard and become priority support targets.
Sponsors are granted moderator rights, making them channel administrators.
Viewers who want channel analysis and problem diagnosis are asked to donate a minimum of 20 to 50 rupees; upon donation, detailed channel diagnosis and improvement plans will be provided.
The channel operates by combining free promotion and paid sponsorship methods.
The host specified that for small donators of 5 rupees, promotional support is only available within that live broadcast.
For viewers who want a personal channel review, he offered to diagnose channel issues if they donate a minimum of 20 to 50 rupees.
It was announced that all inquiries would be answered collectively after the live broadcast ends.
In addition to paid promotion, a lottery-based promotion through code entry is also being conducted.
For small donators, such as 6 or 5 rupees, broad channel promotion across multiple channels is difficult.
These small-donation channels are currently promoted only within the live broadcast.
Users who donate larger amounts receive additional benefits as a priority.
The host guarantees subscriber acquisition on the same or next day for channels promoted through donations.
Donators are granted 'Mod' (Moderator) privileges.
Paid donations are entirely at the participant's discretion and are not mandatory.
The principle is promotion through actual viewer engagement, and approximately 20 subscribers can be acquired.
If you donate, I'll take care of it. If not today, I'll guarantee it tomorrow. Don't worry.
He stated, "Brother, whatever donations you are making now, that is our earning. But YouTube is not giving anything without it right now."
Donations from viewers are the only source of income for channel operations.
If a participant leaves during the broadcast, there are limitations to immediate support.
In specific cases, support aims to secure 45 to 46 subscribers.
The basic service of promoting channel links continues regardless of donations.
Free promotion methods are also operated in parallel, without coercing donations.
Channels that are not sponsors can also get promotional opportunities by participating in code entry events.
Subscriber support activities, such as code events, continue until the stream ends.
In late-night hours, member activity may decrease, slowing down subscriber growth.
The host adheres to a promotion method focused on actual viewer engagement rather than guaranteeing artificial subscriber numbers.
I will upload your code before the stream ends. Don't worry, it will be 100% done.
After introducing QR codes, changes in the live broadcast atmosphere, such as some viewers leaving, were observed.
The host expressed frustration about viewers leaving due to misunderstanding paid promotions as free, and is considering whether to stick to free promotions.
Viewer activity tends to decrease after 11 PM.
A system for increasing watch time has not yet been established and will be confirmed and announced tomorrow.
The subscriber growth system is in operation and 100% supports winners, but for faster support, donations must be used.
Point ego, who donated 5 rupees, was given mod privileges. DJ bhai, who donated 100 rupees, was promised channel promotion and link sharing in the next stream. "For DJ Bhai's donation, I will put it in another one. DJ Bhai, I will put yours on before I sleep." "For DJ Bhai's donation, I will put it in another one. DJ Bhai, I will put yours on before I sleep."
Point ego's 5-rupee donation was confirmed, and mod privileges were granted.
20 rupees or more is recommended for smooth service. Personal channel reviews are provided for donations of 10 rupees or more, which is the minimum standard. "If you donate more than ₹10, we will review your channel. At least put 20. You will get a channel review."
It was specified that this service is not mandatory, and whether to donate is up to the viewer's choice.
The channel received demonetization from YouTube, suspending AdSense revenue and Super Chat functionality.
Consequently, a direct donation method via QR code has been introduced, and for donations of 20 rupees or more, channel reviews and promotion are supported.
Monetization was suspended in the past when AI content videos were deleted for violating YouTube guidelines.
Currently, the operation focuses on sponsorships, with member support ranging from 5 to 30 depending on the donation amount.
The host is creating a list by confirming donation amounts and sponsor names. The sponsor's channel link is pinned in the chat to encourage other viewers to subscribe.
Support for 30-40 members is being carried out sequentially, with additional support provided to 'Dev Gaming' who donated 70 rupees, and 'Santosh Pagal' who sent 250 rupees. The host stated that problems could arise if members send too many requests at once.
Viewer 'Santosh Pagal' paid 250 rupees, for which the host expressed gratitude. The host suggested adding a logo, banner, and description to the channel and reacted positively to consistent content.
The host expressed gratitude for the 250-rupee payment and promised to provide a channel review. He requested to wait briefly as other sponsors' work has not yet been completed, and is waiting for payment confirmation message.
The number of subscribers supported based on the donation amount is typically 20-40.
The scale of channel support is determined proportionally to the donation amount, allowing for approximately 30-40 subscribers, sometimes 20-30. The host indicated that the number of members might fluctuate and promised support upon payment.
Paid promotion supports subscriber acquisition through collaboration with other streamers, and donations are used to operate the streaming. A previous case of a 50-rupee payment resulted in 20-35 subscriber supports. Analysis suggests 1-2% of subscribers might churn.
When viewer 'Dharnendra' paid 50 rupees, the host said he would support 30 people first and the rest the next day.
A 20-rupee donation is expected to yield 20-30 subscribers, with support completed in real-time or the next day.
Free promotions run daily between 8:30 PM and 9:00 PM, supporting 5-10 subscribers.
He stated that these are membership subscribers and are unlikely to unsubscribe.
Currently, acquiring around 500 subscribers is difficult, and 20-30 is a more appropriate number.
When a viewer pays 20 rupees, approximately 25 subscribers can be acquired.
Support priority is determined by the payment completion time, and late payments may result in support being provided the next day.
The host encouraged paid promotions while live-streaming late into the night, but some participants misunderstood paid services as free, leading to communication errors.
20-30 subscribers are supported, and a viewer named 'Priya' confirmed that support for 50 subscribers was completed.
Free and paid promotions are operated through different methods.
Free promotion involves viewers logged into the live stream supporting each other's subscriptions, while paid promotion connects membership subscribers from other streamer channels with whom he collaborates.
He mentioned that paid subscribers are highly unlikely to unsubscribe and announced that free live streams would resume tomorrow night between 8:30 PM and 9:00 PM.
The host added that he conducted the live stream for about 4 hours, with 2.5-3 hours dedicated to free promotions, followed by paid promotions.
