If the cameras are used even once, he said, that is a violation of his constitutional rights.

A warrant should be required to take his picture and come after him for a crime he probably did or did not commit, he argued. He contrasted the CEO's stated purpose — car license plates — with cameras placed in parks and outside a marijuana dispensary.

He questioned who cares if the searches are infrequent, since the possibility of violation remains.

He contrasted that with jackpot lotteries where the universe will come to an end before you can spend the money. His second complaint was about unlicensed drivers with no tags, no insurance and revoked licenses who hit someone and then sue.

Stein cited a documentary about a company that sold lottery tickets through an app and printed its own tickets, eventually finding that buying a certain amount guaranteed a win. He said Texas now has loopholes and requirements so that cannot be done.

A $10,000 check would change lives, Stein said, but he worried about people spending a whole paycheck on tickets and losing. He called himself not anti-gambling if done in moderation, while saying the chances of winning are highly unlikely.

Stein said he misread Louie as being from South Carolina when the caller was in Southern California, explaining that he was thinking about Darlene Graham, who is in a big primary against Ralph Norman tomorrow in South Carolina.

He said he really hopes she loses, but it is looking like she is going to win.

The psychologist said the alternative was an unwelcome, intrusive thought: "this is your last chance, you have to kill the kids so you can kill yourself."

Stein said the drugs she was on were not psychedelics such as LSD, mushrooms or DMT but SSRIs and benzos, including prescribed Valium. Someone high on Valium probably would not want to kill your family and would be asleep, he argued.

He said she killed them partly to punish a husband in a marriage on the rocks, taking their three beautiful children, and that he will not blame the pharmaceutical companies: we cannot blame them for a triple homicide.

Stein said Jed York, owner of the San Francisco 49ers, was caught with a prostitute. He paired that with Robert Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots, getting arrested for sleeping with a prostitute.

The push for transparency on the Epstein files is undermined by these cases, in his view, because billionaires like to prey on vulnerable women. He claimed sex trafficking a child and sex trafficking an adult are just the same crime.

It is not a QAnon conspiracy that powerful people sexually exploit women and men, including gay men worldwide, he said. He noted that thousands of children go missing every year and urged viewers to remember this when watching Sunday football.
