Recruiting Residents for 'Seongnam Geumto A-4 Block,' a New Happy House Adjacent to Pangyo and Gangnam

Imdae Allimi TV introduced the resident recruitment announcement for the Seongnam Geumto A-4 Block Happy House. The Happy House being recruited for this time falls under the rental housing type called Newlyweds Hope Town.

This complex is housing for newlyweds and others, with specific eligibility requirements and rental conditions.

Seongnam Geumto District is located between Pangyo and Gangnam, and is a newly developed area particularly adjacent to the 2nd Techno Valley. To the west, it is adjacent to Cheonggyesan Mountain, providing a pleasant living environment.

This area is evaluated as a place where one can enjoy the benefits of both transportation and natural environment.

Although the complex is not a station-area apartment, it is about a 10-minute drive from Pangyo Station and Cheonggyesan Ipgu Station on the Shinbundang Line, making subway access convenient. In particular, Seongnam Station on the GTX-A line is right next to the complex, providing excellent access to the wide-area transportation network.

Residents can conveniently use Pangyo's living infrastructure, including Pangyo Hyundai Department Store, Lotte Mart, and general hospitals.

Seongnam Geumto A-4 Block consists of 11 buildings and aims for move-in in November 2027. Within the complex, facilities such as a toy library, a small library, a party room, and a childcare center will be provided for families with children.

In addition, various community facilities, including a sky lounge and a resident cafe, are planned to be created for the convenience of residents.

The basic rental conditions for Seongnam Geumto A-4 Block Happy House are a deposit of 190 million won and a monthly rent of 780,000 won. By utilizing the mutual conversion system, the deposit can be adjusted to change the monthly rent.

If the deposit is increased to 280 million won, the monthly rent decreases to 310,000 won. Conversely, if the deposit is reduced to 30 million won, the monthly rent increases to 1.25 million won.

To apply for this Happy House, applicants must fundamentally be members of a household without property and fall under the newlywed category. The newlywed category includes households within 7 years of marriage or with children aged 6 or younger.

The income standard must be 100% or less of the average monthly income, and total assets must be 345 million won or less.

Resident selection is based on ranking by residence, and in case of competition within the same rank, residents are selected by lottery. This offers the advantage of applying without the burden of additional points.

The application period is from August 24th to August 26th, and on the last day, the 26th, applications must be completed before 4 PM. All applications are processed online.
