Dollmaker's Horrifying Trap: A Streamer's Descent into Madness

Ariagnyx Lovecraft began her 'Dollmare' stream by reporting a significant technical issue: Stream Elements was not functioning.

This malfunction meant the streamer could not access live chat, view audience goals, or utilize other interactive streaming elements.

Despite the outage, Ariagnyx managed to manually monitor user messages, ensuring continued communication with her viewers.

She humorously resigned herself to the situation, acknowledging that the chat feature would remain inaccessible for the duration.

Ariagnyx Lovecraft expressed a creative desire for a new custom emote during her 'Dollmare' stream.

She envisioned a toggle feature for her chibi model that would mimic the 'shy fingers' meme, but with tentacles.

The streamer described the desired animation as two tentacles performing the shy gesture, accompanied by a specific facial expression, aiming to add a unique, personalized touch to her on-screen persona.

The game introduced a new protocol, instructing the player to keep all doors closed at all times within the factory.

This directive was accompanied by an automated warning stating that keeping the doors closed was essential for the work.

Ariagnyx Lovecraft reacted with confusion, questioning the necessity of the rule while observing unexplained sounds and creepy doll behaviors.

The instruction added a new constraint to the player's tasks, making the gameplay feel more restrictive.

The player was instructed to follow these lights downstairs to the basement to restart the generator.

During this sequence, Ariagnyx encountered unsettling visual elements like blood stains and audio cues.

After completing the task, the streamer expressed frustration with the factory setting and her desire to avoid returning to the location.

The game introduced a new element of custom doll orders, which appeared on a separate table and promised significantly increased paychecks upon completion.

These custom orders require precise handling and adherence to specific instructions, adding a new layer of complexity and pressure to the doll sorting tasks.

Ariagnyx Lovecraft immediately faced challenges in fulfilling her first custom order, particularly struggling to locate the necessary packaging materials for the specially requested doll.

Unsettling doll heads and ominous music characterize the assembly room where the streamer must resolve the jammed equipment.

This area featured unsettling visual elements, including scattered doll heads and an ominous soundtrack.

While navigating the room, Ariagnyx discovered a note mentioning the absence of delivery trucks and raw materials, questioning how the factory continued to function.

The game's automated voice system delivered a chilling instruction, warning the player to refrain from exiting their designated workstation if any unfamiliar noises originated from outside.

These new guidelines reinforced the factory's strict atmosphere, emphasizing the importance of keeping all doors tightly closed and maintaining focus on assigned tasks without interruption.

Ariagnyx Lovecraft sarcastically commented on the 'reassuring' nature of these instructions, highlighting the growing sense of unease and paranoia within the game.

Employees were now required to repair these dolls in a designated repair room, with specific instructions provided for tasks like creating new doll hair using a special tool.

The director's message included a stern warning against putting one's head inside the hair-making tool, noting a past incident where a previous employee suffered unfortunate consequences.

(2) The player received instructions to package this doll immediately and send it via the fulfillment room if encountered, with a specific order slip attached. (3) The doll was described as having a weathered appearance and a single yellow eye.

Ariagnyx Lovecraft discovered a note left by a previous worker in a lift shaft, describing a situation where the fulfillment room door had shut, trapping them.

The note provided instructions to squeeze into a lift shaft and press a dispatch button, which the worker claimed took them to another place from where they found a way back to their workplace.

Upon reading the warning, the streamer noted that at the beginning of the game, they were told there were no monsters, no screamers, and they would not be followed. They questioned whether they would really not have to run away from anything.

Ariagnyx reports hearing footsteps all the time.

She mentions seeing shadows in the hallway, noting that she is the only one who hears something directly, and also refers to the dolls.

The streamer expresses concern about the unsettling atmosphere and the dolls.

The character expresses a feeling of being pulled back to the job, questioning why they keep returning.

Suspicion arises as the player notes the dolls are not being sold anywhere, questioning if the place is even real.

The player reports an internal change, stating, "Something's changing in me. I don't feel right."

The player notes their reflection in the mirror no longer looks like them and suggests the Director is turning people into dolls.

The player grapples with these events while questioning the nature of the factory and their own transformation.

K warns the player that the same fate awaits them if they don't stop it.

K urges the player to trust them and hide them in the locker room while the Director is not looking.

The Director later tells the player that the factory has its grip on them and they must solve the problem at its core.

The player expresses frustration at being unable to find the disposal bin for defective dolls.

The player questions where the disposal unit has gone and if it was taken away.

The player notes the air feels thicker and heavier, pressing down on them.

A moment of self-estrangement occurs when the player fails to recognize their own face in a reflection, questioning if it was ever theirs.

The player discovers a note from a previous worker who states they are becoming a doll and it is too late for the current player.

The escalation in the dolls' behavior and the environment leads the player to express fear and surprise.

Despite the anxiety regarding potential reprimand, the player proceeds with the choice.

The game allows the creative assembly, and the player notes that they were not told off for the action.

She points out the absence of typical horror elements like jump scares and screamers.

She mentions that the game allegedly lacks enemies or pursuit sequences, though she notes that the game still feels like it is waiting for her.

The controlled character expresses a desire to revert to their human form.

The streamer observes the implications of being controlled by the doll as the narrative unfolds.

The streamer expressed curiosity about how to achieve other endings.

The stream concluded with Ariagnyx reflecting on the game's entertaining nature, noting that she was surprised to find lore in what she initially thought was a random game.
