GAOA 250 Seeks to Address National Park Maintenance Backlog

By codifying permanent fees for foreign visitors and leveraging drilling proceeds, the GAOA 250 functions as a self-funded initiative to avoid increasing the national deficit, Rep. Westerman noted.
