Barnham and Crawley Consider Referendums Against Migrant Housing
A second English village, Barnham in North Suffolk, is considering an independence referendum, following the precedent set by Piddington, Oxfordshire.
This move comes in direct opposition to government plans to accommodate 1,250 asylum seekers at a nearby military base, with Crawley in Sussex also exploring a similar referendum as local councilors visited Piddington to understand its previous vote's effectiveness.
