Heel Orientation Dictates Leg Alignment and Weight Distribution
When the heel turns inward, the entire foot tends to follow, leading to an uneven distribution of body weight, predominantly on the outside of the foot. This initial misalignment triggers a chain reaction up the leg.
As a direct consequence of this inward heel turn, the shin rotates outward, which in turn makes the tibia's natural curvature more pronounced.
