San Francisco Startup Team Begins All-Night Work Session

A team member conveyed the urgency of the situation, saying, "We actually have something that needs to be finished by tomorrow, so we can't leave work." This client is an engineering innovation company in the U.S., representing a significant opportunity with an estimated thousands of evaluation contracts annually.

A team member explained, "Evaluation, in fact, involves our subjectivity. So, it's a continuous process of checking how meticulous our subjectivity is and how well the report captures that meticulous subjectivity, then fixing and improving it." Because evaluation reports include the startup team's subjectivity, meticulous logic is required, and they are working to enhance the reliability of evaluation standards through continuous improvement and revision.

A team member stated, "We thought it was important to clearly present our own subjectivity. We emphasized what standards we set and why these standards are necessary skills in the AI-native engineer scene." Because the evaluation criteria are clear, they can logically present the grounds for rejection by emphasizing why specific criteria are necessary skills for an AI-native engineer, rather than just a simple score.

A team member expressed their ambition, saying, "We possess the power to credential, evaluating the talent profile desired by the world's top companies, determining how to assess them, and connecting you when you pass." Their ultimate goal is to obtain the authority to certify, evaluate, and connect the talent profiles desired by the world's best companies. Through this, they aim to improve the 'ghosting' culture where applicants are rejected without feedback and present a vision of providing genuinely good education and opportunities.
