On that page, go to the section for writing complaints or thank-you messages and leave a thank-you message for Vodafone. 15GB of free internet will then be automatically credited to the mobile number registered in the system. GB Sepeti confirmed the credit process, stating, “As you can see, the gifted 15 GB internet has been added to our line.”

However, after sending a thank-you message, it is permissible to write complaint messages about other brands.

It was stated that vulgar and profane language should be avoided in complaint texts, and the platform forwards grievances to solution-oriented units. GB Sepeti warned, “Your complaint message should not contain vulgar words or profanity,” and explained that the system plays a role in forwarding users' issues to the relevant departments in a solution-oriented manner.
