46 'Ghost Polling Stations' Found with More Votes Received Than Ballots Cast… NEC Demands Explanation

The National Election Commission (NEC) has repeatedly asserted that there are no issues with the final data regarding voting data errors. It has firmly maintained its existing stance, stating that no errors whatsoever could occur in data related to vote percentages.

Analysis confirmed that 46 polling stations nationwide had a higher number of votes received than actual ballots cast. This is an abnormal figure that cannot occur without ballot manipulation, leading to claims that it should be viewed as election manipulation rather than election management.

In the vote counting process for the Gyeyang-eul constituency, despite a large number of misclassified ballots, suspicions arose that they were not counted separately as per regulations but were moved to other ballot boxes and counted as if they were normally classified. This is suspected to be an intentional manipulation of ballot classification to avoid public criticism of election fraud.

The NEC has not responded to requests for basic documents such as the national vote count status for 20 days. In response, the special prosecutor demanded a strong search and seizure and prompt securing of personnel, stating that if materials are not submitted, criminal charges for obstruction of special committee duties and concealment of evidence will be directly filed.

Under current regulations, misclassified ballots must be collected and counted separately, with their numbers managed distinctly. In such cases, the sum of normally classified ballots and misclassified ballots should exactly match the total number of people who voted. However, in actual vote counting, cases where this sum does not match the total votes are occurring, increasing suspicion.

The possibility of double counting has been raised as a cause of election data discrepancies. Analysis also suggests that data manipulation, false entry, or entry due to intention or negligence during the number input process cannot be ruled out.

Election data, like a bank's cash flow, is the most fundamental record where money entering and leaving must precisely match for that day. The complete collapse of this data's reliability is likened to a serious problem, like a robbery or theft occurring at a bank. Therefore, the collapse of fundamental data reliability severely undermines the fairness of elections and leads to a situation where electoral fraud cannot be ruled out. These data discrepancies are causing widespread public distrust in the entire election system, which is the foundation of democracy.
