According to New Tam Sa, it is alleged that Lee Jong-won's supporters recorded ARS poll questions after answering them, sent them to Lee Jong-won, and he then shared them live on his broadcast. This method likely contributed to respondents understanding the poll content in advance and increasing response rates by letting them hear the ARS machine voice beforehand. The possibility of poll information being shared through organized networks like group chat rooms was also mentioned.

New Tam Sa stated that Lee Jong-won's side recommended deactivating 070 and 080 number blocking to increase participation in opinion polls. Since people often block these numbers to prevent spam calls, they were encouraged to unblock them. It was confirmed that this announcement was made on August 13, one day before the start of the national public opinion poll.

According to New Tam Sa, it was confirmed that Kim Min-seok's side also sent text messages guiding the deactivation of poll blocking. However, Kim Min-seok's side only provided guidance for 070 numbers, while Jeong Cheong-rae's side also advised deactivating 080 numbers. New Tam Sa asserted that Jeong Cheong-rae's side had a significant information advantage because they were part of the party's mainstream faction until recently.

Lee Jong-won's broadcast attempted to aggregate the organization's voter turnout by asking those who completed voting to send real-time text messages. He publicly shared his phone number with viewers, encouraging them, "Those who couldn't vote but succeeded now, those who succeeded in calling now, please call me now." This is interpreted as an intention to share voting status in real-time, establish a reporting system, and maximize participation in opinion polls.

While Lee Jong-won was making related statements, viewers in the real-time chat posted authentication messages saying they received a poll call from Metavoice. Specific situations such as "A call came from a place called Metavoice. But when I tried, the allocated quota was full" were shared in real-time chat. This is pointed out as evidence showing that Lee Jong-won's broadcast content and the actual progress of the opinion poll were intertwined.

New Tam Sa claimed that Lee Jong-won hinted that when responding to opinion polls, "it would be better to say the region is Gangwon-do or Daegu, Gyeongbuk, if you want to be included in the sample." This is criticized as an attempt to manipulate poll samples by inducing false responses about their residential area, constituting a guideline for illegal public opinion poll manipulation.

Lee Jong-won advised respondents to the opinion poll that if they were from Seoul or Gyeonggi regions, their calls might be cut off, so they should respond as if from other regions. He stated, "If a call comes and you say you're a 40-year-old male from Seoul, they'll say you should be from the provinces. Daegu or Gangwon-do. If a call comes, you should say you're from Daegu or Gangwon-do. That's how samples get caught. Get caught." This is understood as an intentional attempt to manipulate poll samples by instructing people to falsely report their residential area as Daegu, Gyeongbuk, or Gangwon, where sample collection is difficult.

A New Tam Sa cast member explained that the results of public opinion polls have a powerful influence, equivalent to 80 times that of a regular party member's vote. Comparing it to the past influence of delegates (1:20), they emphasized the significant impact of public opinion poll votes. Therefore, any attempt to manipulate these poll results was pointed out as a serious act of obstructing business.

The New Tam Sa host revealed that Lee Jong-hoon, a regular party member, attempted to respond to a public opinion poll via a 070 number received on his wife's mobile phone. According to primary rules, regular party members cannot respond to public opinion polls, so this was pointed out as double voting and a violation of primary rules. The problem was raised that he, as a party member, had already cast one vote but attempted to cast another under someone else's name.
