Trump Urges Voters: "Pretend I'm On The Ballot"

President Donald Trump highlighted that historically, the president's party, regardless of whether it's Democrat or Republican, rarely wins midterm elections. This pattern has created a challenge for the incumbent party in past electoral cycles.

Trump asserted the necessity of altering this historical trend to sustain the current positive momentum the country is experiencing. He stated, "We seem not a president, Democrat or Republican almost never wins the midterms. We've got to change that because we have something going that's so good, we can't let that string be broken."

He framed the midterms as a direct vote on his leadership and policies.

Trump emphasized the critical importance of the election results, underscoring the urgency for his supporters to vote. He declared, "SO, I'M ASKING YOU TO PRETEND THAT I'M ON THE BALLOT. I'm on the ballot."

Donald Trump outlined a series of severe repercussions should the Republican party not succeed in the midterms. He warned that voters would face the loss of border security, tax cuts, and overall safety and security.

Trump further cautioned about the potential decline of personal and national wealth, suggesting a return to a difficult past if his party is defeated. He added concerns that the nation's international standing would diminish, making it a "laughing stock." Trump stated, "Because if we lose, you're going to lose your border, you're going to lose your tax cuts, you're going to lose your safety and security, you're going to lose your wealth."

He portrayed these entities as obstacles to the progress he seeks to achieve.

Trump labeled his political adversaries as "radical left communists," asserting that they would resort to any means necessary to impede his goals. He stated, "The pundits, the fake news media, and the radical left communists will say anything they can to try and stop us."

He reiterated that a collective front is paramount.

Trump asserted that the combined voice of a united Republican front holds significant weight and influence in the electoral process. He emphasized, "in this election, all that matters is that we are united, we are together, and what we say counts."
