NMESIS Missile System: A Mobile Maritime Defense Asset
The Navy Marine Expeditionary Ship Interdiction System (NMESIS) is a critical component of the U.S. Marine Corps' modern maritime defense strategy. This system features a remotely operated launcher, based on a Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV), capable of carrying two Naval Strike Missiles.
NMESIS is designed for high mobility, allowing it to rapidly reposition and complicate enemy targeting by avoiding static, vulnerable positions.
