A website that sells tickets to strangers' weddings
The episode opens with Ben Levy describing a site that lets people buy tickets to attend someone else's wedding. He said the site was reportedly vibe-coded, that a similar service is said to exist in India, and that the site already had about 20,000 users.
Ben framed it as paying to fill an empty seat at a stranger's wedding. Sam Parr responded that he would never do it and said he refuses to attend weddings outside a 50-mile radius.
Ben compared the idea to fake-shopping sites that deliver the thrill of buying without the cost, saying it made more sense to him than paid wedding attendance.
