Jordan emphasized the complete silence from the witnesses, stating, "We've deposed now 10 people from ActBlue... 10 for 10. Every single one of them took the fifth."

Internal communications suggest ActBlue deliberately lowered its fraud prevention standards to safeguard the flow of donations, despite internal analyses indicating this could increase fraudulent contributions. These changes were reportedly made to protect the billions of dollars ActBlue generates for the Democratic party each election cycle.

Jordan highlighted the implication of these actions, stating, "We're going to lessen our fraud standards because we don't want to jeopardize the money coming in."

ActBlue had claimed rigorous verification processes for overseas contributions, including passport verification, but this system has been called into question. The alleged flaw was that the system only required a manual entry of a passport number without validating its authenticity, allowing fake or arbitrary numbers to pass.

Jordan demonstrated the vulnerability by stating, "You could write down 1 2 3 4 5 6. You could just write it down like, 'Oh, there's a number there. Everything's fine.'"

ActBlue's outside counsel reportedly sent a letter to the company's board chairman and CEO, warning that their previous response to Congress appeared to be untrue. This suggests a potential criminal act of misleading Congress, which carries serious legal ramifications.

Jordan directly quoted the critical line from the letter, stating, "The letter their outside counsel sent to the chairman of the board and the CEO saying, 'Hey, the response you gave to Congress looks like it's not true. Looks like you misled Congress.'"

These figures were derived from statements made by the board chairman of ActBlue during the ongoing investigation.

Jordan cited the alarming figure, saying, "Well, it looks like maybe 48 million might have had a foreign origin."

This dual federal scrutiny indicates the gravity of the allegations surrounding fraud prevention and foreign donations.

This connection extends to the Steele dossier and the FISA warrant process, which were central to earlier controversies.

Jordan further connected these patterns to later incidents, mentioning the 'Round River' operation, which labeled critics as Russian conduits, and the campaign to discredit the Hunter Biden laptop story. He stated, "That's when it all started and then it just spilled out from there to so much so that in the 2020 in the run-up to the 2020 election they were doing this operation just much like that operation um called Round River."

Jordan drew parallels between the 2016, 2020, and 2024 election cycles, alleging a consistent pattern of operations based on misinformation to undermine Donald Trump and aid Democratic candidates. The 2016 cycle saw the Clinton operation and the Steele dossier; 2020 involved a letter from 51 former intelligence officials; and 2024 features Jack Smith's legal actions.

Jordan concluded that each instance was designed to sway election outcomes, stating, "Each election 1620 and 24 there was an operation in place based on baloney and false information to help the Democrat win the White House and undermine and hurt President Trump."

He criticized actions perceived as 'tipping the scales' and asserted the people's right to decide their representatives.

Jordan underscored this fundamental principle, stating, "That's wrong. That's not supposed to happen in our government. It's supposed to be we the people who decide who's going to represent us, who's going to be in the highest office."
