New FBI Report Alleges Physical Relations Between Rep. Eric Swalwell and Chinese Operative 'Fang Fang'

The report indicates that Swalwell had a drink with Fang a couple of weeks after their initial meeting in 2012. While Swalwell considered their physical relations to be casual, the report suggests Fang was interested in a closer romantic relationship.

Despite having physical relations on a handful of occasions, Swalwell maintained that he never dated Fang or had a romantic relationship with her. The details from this FBI report challenge previous statements about the nature of their interaction.

Stein recounted the encounter where he questioned Swalwell directly about his relationship with the suspected Chinese spy, repeatedly bringing up the details he had heard.

During the confrontation, Stein specifically asked Swalwell about 'Fang Bang' and referenced Swalwell sleeping with the Chinese spy, emphasizing that Swalwell rarely discusses Fang Fang publicly.

The report highlights the strategic nature of 'honeypot' operations in intelligence gathering, describing them as a tactic used by foreign agents. The primary objective of such operations is to compromise individuals, especially those in positions of power, through romantic or sexual entanglement. This method aims to create situations that can be used for blackmail.

Alex Stein explained that the entire purpose of a 'honeypot' is to humiliate the target, potentially by filming their intimate encounters, and then using this information as leverage. This leverage is then used to manipulate the target's political decisions or actions, forcing them to comply with the spy agency's agenda.

Swalwell reportedly admitted that she knocked on his door, he let her in, and she left several hours later. He claimed to have taken an ambient beforehand, which he suggested affected his memory of the events.

One aide reportedly informed the FBI about the situation, suggesting a broader knowledge within Swalwell's office.

Specifically, the aide told the FBI that Fang Fang would appear at Swalwell's door and allegedly make it clear that she was not wearing any underwear, implying a suggestive and inappropriate nature to her visits.

Multiple staffers within Representative Eric Swalwell's office were reportedly aware of the ongoing situation involving Christine Fang. The internal knowledge suggests that the alleged 'honeypot' operation was not entirely covert within Swalwell's immediate circle.

This awareness among staff members raises questions about the extent of the impact of Fang Fang's activities on Swalwell's congressional operation and potential security vulnerabilities.

Christine Fang was reportedly investigated for orchestrating a straw donor scheme, indicating financial irregularities. The investigation focused on her alleged role in manipulating political donations.

Financial analysis associated with this investigation flagged four successful cash movements within a single year, raising suspicions of illicit financial activities and potential quid pro quo arrangements.

The FBI reportedly intercepted intelligence indicating that Christine Fang was offering political favors in exchange for donations. This suggests a direct link between financial contributions and influence or access to Representative Swalwell.

Such activities could constitute a quid pro quo, where Fang was allegedly leveraging her connections to provide political advantages to donors.

These internships were reportedly available for a "steeper price," suggesting they were not awarded based on merit alone.

This practice raises concerns that access to congressional offices and sensitive information could have been sold to foreign interests, potentially compromising national security through an internship program.

The alleged compromise of U.S. officials could provide China with leverage in international relations.

Alex Stein highlighted the potential for China to make a move on Taiwan, emphasizing that the United States would be responsible for its protection. The compromised positions of U.S. politicians could therefore weaken the country's stance and ability to act decisively in critical geopolitical situations.

This would mean the FBI sought to turn her against her handlers and use her to gather intelligence for the United States.

This potential recruitment indicates the seriousness with which U.S. intelligence viewed Fang's activities and the value they placed on her as an intelligence asset.

The nickname reportedly refers to an incident where Fang engaged in sexual activity with an unnamed Ohio mayor, which was allegedly filmed and used for blackmail.

This revelation implies a pattern of behavior and the use of 'honeypot' tactics for blackmail purposes, extending beyond Representative Swalwell to other U.S. officials. The nickname itself hints at the nature of the compromising material collected by Fang during her operations.

Alex Stein emphasized that if Swalwell fell victim to such a scheme, it is likely that other powerful individuals in Washington D.C. have also been exploited.

The list of potential targets includes senators, congressmen, and mayors, suggesting a broader vulnerability within the U.S. political landscape to foreign intelligence operations. This raises significant concerns about national security and the ongoing efforts of foreign adversaries to compromise U.S. officials.
