Dual Contract Controversy Allegedly Made Without Association Head's Knowledge

Chairman Kim Soon-seok emphatically stated about the dual contract, “I don’t know anything. I don’t know,” stressing that the contract was made without his consent.

Director Kim claimed to have operated the sports club with the permission of Kim Soon-seok, head of the Boseong-gun Yacht Association. He stated that he did nothing personally and that everything was done under Chairman Kim's direction. Nevertheless, he admitted to proceeding with the contract based solely on verbal agreement without a written consent form, once again revealing administrative deficiencies in the contract process.

It was revealed that the Marina Sports Club corporation was not established at the time the consignment contract was signed in October 2021. Such specific hospitalization facts clearly show that Chairman Kim could not have visited the county office on the day of the contract, increasing the possibility of the official's statement being false.

This once again highlights the issue of procedural legitimacy for a contract made without the consent of the original party.
