Rep. Yong Hye-in's proportional resignation debate is a forced frame
Rep. Yong Hye-in has already stated that she has no intention of running for a third term in the next general election. It is customary for proportional representatives to resign to run in the next election, but this issue is directly related to the parliamentary status of her party, the Basic Income Party. Therefore, it was explained that she is not simply trying to maintain her proportional representation position out of personal ambition, but rather to allow her party to continue its status as a parliamentary party.
